When I was struck down with Osteoarthritis about 20 years ago I embarked on a mission to heal and become able to walk and function again. I’d always been athletic and worked in construction so I was laid low. I tried everything – diet, juicing, yoga stretching, massage, homeopathic supplements by the dozens, and pharmaceuticals. Last month while visiting the central coast I had the good fortune to receive a Reiki treatment by Anna.
