Good Morning!

I just came home from a walk around the bay.  It is quiet, cold and foggy.  It seems I was the only one in my hood to venture out.  It was like having all the world to myself for a moment in time. It made me grateful to be alive, here, now, on this earth.  Morning walks , to me , are a time for meditation and prayers. I put my day in some kind of order. I talk with myself about the things I want to work on and the things and people that may need positive energy sent to them.  I do that too, while I am walking. When I get home I feel more in balance. Nature has soothed my soul and taught me to be in the moment. Well worth 30 minutes of my day, don’t you think?
